We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company information, and content you create using SwitchOn. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and performance metrics.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Content you provide is sent to AI providers (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) to generate marketing strategies and content. These providers process your data in accordance with their privacy policies. We do not use your data to train AI models.
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (auth & database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI), Google (AI & OAuth). Each is bound by their own privacy policies.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@switchon.dev. You can also delete your account from the Settings page.
We use session cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days.
